*SCHEDULING:
We only take on clients who have a regular weekly schedule (it can be any days or times, but must be regular).

*CANCELLATION (OR CHANGE OF WALK-TIME) POLICY:
We require 24-hour notice if you wish to cancel a walk, or you will be charged for that walk.  In addition, if you wish to change the time of your walk, we also require 24-hour notice.  Please note that failure to give 24-hour notice in either situation subjects you to charges for the scheduled walk.  If we are able to accomodate a change of walk time and 24-hour notice is NOT given, you will be charged for the originally booked appointment and the walk at the different time.  (For Thanksgiving Week or Christmas Week to New Years' we require 7-day cancellation notice.)

*SCHEDULING ADDITIONAL WALKS:
We require 24-hour notice to schedule any walks in addition to your regularly scheduled ones.  Walks scheduled the same day that can be accomodated are subject to a $10 service charge in addition to our regular posted rates.
Weekend and night walks must be scheduled 48-hours in advance and are subject to our availability.

*PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment is to be made by credit card.  We accept either MasterCard, Visa or American Express.   Charges are processed on Thursday weekly for all charges incurred during our billing cycle, which is Saturday through Friday. 

*KEYS:  We require a set of keys for all clients.   

*HOLIDAY POLICY:
We are sorry, but we do not work on the following holidays and surrounding days (unless specified & pre-arranged at prevailing holiday rates):
Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day or the Day after, or Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve or New Year's Day.
*We do work on MLK, Jr. Day, Presidents' Day & Columbus Day (and regular rates apply those days).  Thanks for your understanding in this matter!
